This complex is great for 30min from everything..Kona/ Waimea for shopping close to great beaches and the excursion in the area are great. Golf is outside your front door It's a little quieter not a lot of night life if that what your looking for. Have a great time where ever you stay.. "

We enjoyed the lanai with the screen door so we could enjoy our dinner at night, but also enjoy morning coffee with it open, watching & listening to the birds. The condo kitchen could benefit from updates, but it is functional and has a good selection of pots and pans. We felt safe and relaxed in this area and would stay again! "
