"I booked the king suite because I wanted to use the outdoor soaking tub. It was divine after a long day of travel. The water was very hot. The tubs are not private - you can be seen from the parking lot and the sidewalk on the public street - so I had to use it with my swimsuit on. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The furnishings inside the studio are a bit tired. For example, the couch seems like something you would find at IKEA and is not built for commercial use. There...

"Good location. Well appointed for the price. A bit tired and could do with a deep clean. Good value for the price. No one really running the place. Any time I needed something I would have to speak with one of the cleaners who spoke limited English. "We stayed here for two nights, before and after our Tongariro Crossing trip. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and communication was straightforward. The ear plugs left on the table came in handy as the property is located next to a fairly busy road and trucks transporting cars stop and do their driver change-over next to it. Also the carpet in the room could do with a refresh as it does not smell very nice."
