"This is a very nice property in a great area (Kapaa). The location is fairly central and easy to access. It’s also next to the Coconut Marketplace which was very helpful. (The ABC Store has some good supplies, souvenirs and groceries.) There’s a Safeway nearby as well. The grounds and landscape was gorgeous, the room was clean and the room was fairly quiet at night. "

"This property is close to the ocean and the airport. It is clean with a fun pool area that kids would love. It has 3 hot tubs which was also nice. They let you check out towels to take to the beach and they have a nice grill you can use as well. The staff was friendly and very helpful and let us have a late check out so we wouldn’t have to wait at the airport all afternoon. We had a great time! "

"I treated myself to a mini vaca. The service at the front desk, pool bar and housekeeping staff were awesome! The location allowed gorgeous views of the gardens as well as the ocean. "Accessible to north, east (near family) and south of island, family friendly beach, and grocery stores. A/c is only in extra den with sofa bed so main room had ceiling fan but less circulation, and with windows open, you hear more louder neighbors stomping up/down stairs & loud voices in the middle of night. A/c wasn't needed in den since near patio doors; wished a/c was in main room for temperature and outside noise control. Traffic noise wasn't too bad despite having closest room to street....

"Nice condo with everything you need. We stayed for three nights after extending our stay on Kauai. The views of the ocean are spectacular.
