"Hello, my stay overall was very pleasant. There were some problems that I had to deal with as no office personnel were present. I have family that live on waiheke and so it was very convenient to be able to pick me up at the motel. My son and his wife will be expecting their 1 st baby at the end of January. I have already booked a room in late March. Hopefully Kelly can accommodate my wishes as I will be hosting dinners to celebrate the addition to the Wyatt and Ruth Dooley family. Thank you"

"My wife and I would stay here again. The pictures did not do this place justice for the room and views we had. Please add a photo of the roof top area as this is a winner. This is a large apartment with a small bedroom but large open plan living space. I have only marked down a few areas as per the rating questions asked. We never saw the property manager but didn't need to. They left us to ourselves and we had no issues. The Weber BBQ on the rooftop was actually very dirty and needed a good clean and a "burn off" afterwards which I did, but may have just been an oversight. A little maintenance and care here would be good, but didn't detract from the cleanliness of the rest of the apartment. Small fridge/freezer tray for anyone staying a length of time, but given the layout not much can be done here, and the bathroom is small but completely functional, and again not much can be done about the layout. Overall this place did exceed our expectations. "
