"My wife and I spent two nights with Andy & Pip at the lodge at the start of our New Zealand vacation. "The bed was awesome to sleep sleep on with clean white bedding. Toilet seat was loose, shower was fantastic but needs an updating with new clean tiles etc all around and shelf for shampoo's etc. Carpet needs cleaning and kitchen facilities needs attending too. Bigger cups and spoons to stir your tea and tea towels. More milk and tea,coffee. My Television did not work either. But I got a very good sleep."

"Absolutely loved the room, the shower had really good pressure and deep bath was amazing. The outdoor pool was heated which was nice. The reception staff were brilliant and appreciate them getting me into the room early. The only reason I say 4 not 5 star is the restaurant staff let the place down. Still happy to go back as room was comfy."

"This motel is close to the airport which was very convenient since we traveled almost 22hrs to get to Auckland . Staff is really nice. Beds were comfortable. "

"Had a great stay and the beds were SO comfy. It was spacious for the 4 of us and staff at the front desk was very nice. Its conveniently close to the airport which was great as well. Did seem like it you had to be wary of leaving things in your car, but we had no problems and would stay again."
