Four stars on average probabily speaks well for the most part ,that we would happy to stay again. The oven inside could have been cleaner ? the bench top had a burn from a hot pot which in hindsight could be blamed back on us, overall it was tidy and clean, and im not really expecting to get a call about the burnt bench top?

Nice place and fabulous views. We were in a property at the bottom of the complex which was a little disappointing as meant a real hike up a very steep hill to the amenities but on the whole, we had a nice stay. Restaurant was expensive so we didn’t eat here.

We were upgraded from the Short Stay room to the Scenic Studio which was such a lovely start. Beautiful driveway and walk up to the resort. Check in and checkout super easy. The pool and deck area is lovely to sunbathe in. Our room was quite nice and comfortable. Only negative was the cleanliness which could be improved slightly. Some brown marks on the ceiling and dust bunnies hanging around, the cutlery and cups were a bit dusty and water stained. Overall though, the room was nice (could do with some modernising) and we loved the balcony.

This property has great views of the sea. Just beware there are many stairs to get to some units. Ours was 104 stairs to the restaurant, pool and restaurant. The restaurant food and service is excellent.

Was told we needed to pay a $25 late check out fee at 11am. Thought this was unnecessary and spoilt an otherwise pleasant experience. Staff could simply have reminded us at 10am that we needed to check out by 10am instead of waiting until 11am and then telling us about the charge.

A lovely location with views. Comfortable studio with everything you need for 3 days. Not ideal to be downstairs as guests on the floor above walk & drag chairs over the floor so noisy.! Reception never answer their phone so hard to get any communication unless close to reception area . The bed was comfortable enough.Pillows can be improved on . It’s very steep on the stairs between the units so a little difficult with heavy bags… I would stay here again on an upper floor. Very handy to Palm beach & Arcadia & store.

Great location and resort but frustrating we couldn’t get the casting to work on the TV despite staff telling us it was working! Hilly location and very limited parking. Disappointing housekeeping only came every second day. The whole purpose of holidaying is not making my bed. Would stay again tho.

Nice location, great views and close to the beach and public transportation which is a plus..space could benefit from some upgrades given the price they charge. Swimming pool is still under renovation, Overall, a very good option for a short stay in Waiheke.

Stayed in the sea view studio. Really enjoyed our stay here! Be prepared to get your steps in if you’re planning to be going around the resort. It’s a hike to get from our room to the reception haha. We played mini golf and had dinner, really generous portions, everything comes out quickly and tastes good. The rooms are cleaned in the afternoon as they have alot of places to clean. There’s smart tvs in the room. They have laundry which is $5 ($1 coin) each for washing and dry. Then $2 coin for detergent.

Really friendly team, wasy check in, clean tidy room which had everything I needed. I could hear young people stomping about and laughing in the room above me until reasonably late in the night which was the only negative.

Positives:Massive food portions, rooms are cosy, comfortable and clean, stunning views. Lovely friendly staff. Negatives: unit above not managed by property and guest stomped, scrapped chairs, banged cupboards etc for hrs at night, did not answer door when went up and knocked, called the number on the unit it said to call, no answer and reception was closed, said guest woke at 7am same noise on a Saturday. Resort is empty so unsure why they’d place a paying guest below a unit occupied by an external company. Food: Average at best.
