"Very expensive stay for not much facilities. Staff barely able to understand requests. No timely answers for queries before we arrived at the property. Staff do not go out of the way to make your experience pleasant at all. Breakfast was below average. For the expensive pricing, you would expect a better spread, but no. Cleanliness of property is also below average when you compare with similar properties in the price range."

"The staff were excellent and extraordinary welcoming. We are an elderly couple and the staff took care of us like we were their own children. The chief went out of his way to ask me what food I liked and cooked it especially just to make us feel welcome. That was not necessary but the warmth of the team made our holiday excellent. So clean and wonderful. "

"I stayed here 10 years ago and it was wonderful. The “bones” are great but “cracks” are appearing. The rooms are generous and the property and vistas are beautiful. The property, rooms and facilities are beginning to look a little tired and the staff are struggling. "The staff and management is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were subpar but clean enough. No aircon which was fine but no hot water either. The showers were non functional and no buckets were provided till requested. The property is isolated and tough to find. However for the price and for someone seeking a secluded no frills stay with kind and helpful staff I recommend the hotel."
