Staff do not go out of the way to make your experience pleasant at all. Breakfast was below average. For the expensive pricing, you would expect a better spread, but no. "The staff were excellent and extraordinary welcoming. We are an elderly couple and the staff took care of us like we were their own children. The chief went out of his way to ask me what food I liked and cooked it especially just to make us feel welcome. That was not necessary but the warmth of the team made our holiday excellent. "I stayed here 10 years ago and it was wonderful. The “bones” are great but “cracks” are appearing. The rooms are generous and the property and vistas are beautiful. The property, rooms and facilities are beginning to look a little tired and the staff are struggling.
