"The service at Ciala is always top notch. This is my third time staying with them and they are always hospitable. Our TV was missing from our room, so check in was a bit delayed and they had to separate our beds which we had asked for before we arrived, but other than that, if you need a place to relax, it is great to wind down there. "Had a great time here! Our laundry was washed, ironed and neatly folded for us and brought back to our room at an affordable rate. Shower water was hot during our whole stay and we had AC in our room- just request for it at the reception. Breakfast was decent. Only downside was final payments while checking out. Their card reader doesn’t accept more than ksh 2,000 so be prepared to have either cash or mpesa, it really inconvenienced me. Other than that, service was great!"
