"Beautiful hotel in the heart of the downtown action. Nice staff. There were a lot of little things that kept me from giving 5 stars. Glasses in common areas would sit for MANY HOURS - overnight (bar drinks brought to 2nd fl balcony/lobby) would be there until 12n or later the next day. Saw staff walk by them. Ran out of caffeinated coffee for common area nespresso machine - FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY (4 days). Tightening up mgmt a little would make this place awesome."

"Limited hot water at first. Then no hot water at all. Desk clerk and maintenance (?) man brushed it off by saying the hot water is on another wing. Then tried to spin it on us. They simply did not care. "

Door needs to be sealed. Rooms a little dated. Front desk check in never particularly friendly and bordering on arrogance. Have stayed here 4 times. Front desk experience always the same. Had to ask for upgrade that we are entitled to through Expedia. Didn’t seem particularly happy to give the upgrade. ...
