Mary of customer service was next level and exemplified what it is about. Anove and beyond and sincere genuine enjoyment of her job. Luis as well was exemplary and complimentary. A wonderful way to be welcomed home during our stay.

First off i have to say that i never felt so "at home" at a hotel before in my life. This was the most welcoming staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were both very helpful with transportation services to and from the airport and local restaurants and respectful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. My only complaint would be the noise of the heater in the room but hey what can you do. Love this double tree and will continue to use this company based on my satisfaction during this latest stay. Renee in the two wrights restaurant works very hard and was a very welcome waitress! Mary the manager was veey helpful and very welcoming to me as a new guest. She always had a smile on her face!

We were greeted in the Lobby by Gwen, who checked us in. While I told her I would like to use a different card to check out. She charged my card I had on file for deposit. The room was very nice. However, amenities in the room were scarce. Coffee, cream, sugar etc. The halls were too dark for my liking , other than that it was a good stay.

What I didn't like was. I went to buy breakfast and I wanted a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I made the order after the order came the lady said do you want butter. We said no we asked for cream cheese. She then said they dont have it. Waiting for it to come in. So here I am with my wife with two toasted bagels with nothing to put on them. That wasn't good.
