"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

Very clean with plenty of space in a lovely location not too far from shops, takeaways, busses and trains. "Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Stunning? Stunning what a poor quality place this is. No communication from host. Had to chase to get entry details. Filthy. Hairs on bathroom towel - possibly pubic. Bed not made up. Stains on walls. Bad odour in fridge. Dirty bath mats. Rubbish dumped on street outside, old mattresses, hoover, overflowing bins. Shocking that Expedia advertise this place. Would be overpriced at half the rate we paid. Avoid, avoid, avoid. "

First, the property is still in the midst of being refurbished with a list of deficiencies that are too many to mention. "The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc...
