"What an amazing stay at BSL. Wonderful beach front property with small villas. Blown away by the delicious food and attentive staff. Everyone was super nice and an extra shoutout to Joel the manager and Fred the receptionist. Fred greeted us warmly and was so kind to share tips for our stay in Kilifi, really appreciated and thanks Fred. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay!!!!!!!"

"Horrible customer service, 1st property ever I booked on Expedia and got a downgrade as a Platinum Member. From a deluxe villa to an apartment and was told I got it cheaper than what it's supposed to be but I guess they don't understand Platinum privileges on Expedia or Hotels.com and they don't work to international standards. "The property was absolutely beautiful. It was truly a living paradise. They kept the grounds and the pool very well maintained. They service the rooms daily, if you request it, meaning fresh linen on a daily basis. The property was absolutely perfect. However, it paled in comparison to the staff. The staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. They honestly didn't seem to be able to do enough for you. My fiancé and I, at one point, we're having a conversation about how they made us, just she and I, feel special. We knew (and could see) they treated everyone the same, but we still felt as if we were being singled out as their favorite couple. Severin Sea Lodge was the perfect location for our vacation, but the staff gave us a home. To the staff, I just want to say, Thank You for a perfect three weeks!"
