"Lovely place to stay. All rooms very big, lovely lounge and dining area. Owners very friendly, and helpful. Well equipped. Good location in between Morzines and Ardent. We stayed 8th March week, not much snow Morzine side so drove everyday to Ardent gondola, about 10 minutes away. Free parking, and easy access to the slopes. Avoided Avoriaz as very very busy, stayed more the Swiss side. I can't really say anything negative about the stay, if anything, and they are small things, the photos show...

"The home and stay was really lovely. We had an amazing time in Samoens with our young family. The home was generally clean, had comfortable beds, a great hot tub, and a lovely view. However, the basement smelled musty, the clothes washer was moldy, and they have decided that garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and soap for the bathrooms, count as groceries so these products weren’t provided and we had to buy our own. "This property worked well for our large group of two families. However it needs a bit of an upgrade inside as dishwasher didn’t clean well and one fridge froze contents solid."

"Communication was great, the chalet was wonderful. We were 3 families, each with a 3 and a 5 year old. Great place that allowed us easy access to the slopes, space for the kids to play (and for the adults when the kids were asleep). The owners were super helpful as well."

"A large and comfortable chalet that made a good base for four adults and two children. The three bathrooms and toilets were very useful. The chalet is very well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Lovely veranda with large garden table for dining outside and just sitting to admire the views. "Lovely homely chalet with absolutely amazing views. Very well equipped. Great walks nearby. Few things a bit dated but the chalet has a lovely warm feel to it. The host was very helpful, answering our queries quickly and clearly had fantastic knowledge of the local area. Please note the hot tub is wood fired so takes a long time to warm up, so you do need to be around all day to get it warmed up which for us wasn't practical as we spent our days out exploring, "

"The chalet is conveniently located not far from the centre of Morzine, at the end of a quiet lane. The open plan space worked perfectly for our party of 10 with a fabulous open plan space offering plenty of space in the kitchen and around the large dining table. The chalet really is beautifully renovated, everything from the bathrooms to the bed linen is of high quality.
