"Very nice discovery with the big sky hotel! Friendly staff, great vibe, nice reception area with games like pool and video games to hang out, free snack around 4pm, ski shop in the hotel with very friendly staff - we enjoyed our 3 days of skiing! The only thing is we were on the ground floor and our room was slightly cold so next time I would ask for a room on another floor. The pool and spa area was a great plus when coming back from a day of skiing. You have to take the car to go skiing but...

"Great location, nice amenities, good breakfast. Rental ski place on site is outstanding for service. Hotel staff were nice but we asked for help ordering car service and although I confirmed 3 times, the car was not actually reserved which caused us a huge and very expensive problem the morning of our departure. "Very nice hotel, but somewhat spoiled by a cranky young man who waited tables in the restaurant with an air of irritation and a habit of ignoring the tables he was waiting on. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Pity about the young man waiting tables, however."

"Property was amazing, staff were extremely friendly, only slight criticism is they take a 100 franc per night deposit which i wasnt aware of, i am still awaiting my money to be released back into my account 2 days later thus far, other than that hotel is amazing abd area itself is wonderful "

"Great hotel with comfy rooms and plenty of space which was good for skiing. Hotel shuttle to the lifts which was good as long as precooked the evening before. Quiet area with a few restaurant choices within walking distance but easy access to the bus stop to get to Chamonix village. Not always someone on reception and quite quiet in general if you are looking for something a bit more lively! "
