"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Was a perfect dtay, right at the heart of the city close to the bus station and city center, easy to find and we had a problem with the door code and the staff were very helpful even with the language barrier on both ends was very helpful, nice room and toilet, they clean daily but i believe they forgot to check the toilet since they didnt change the toilet paper and we ran out of and used the shower apart from that perfect "

"I love this hotel. I chose it especially for the views of the bay, the boats, and the mountain. The staff is friendly and ever-helpful. There is an on-site restaurant with amazing food and a bar in the lobby where you can meet up with friends before going out. I will definitely stay here again. "
