"The room and the property were spotless. Possibly the comfiest bed and pillows we have ever encountered! Clean, spacious and complete bathroom with gel/shampoo. It's not far away from nice places to eat and for a night drink too. Lovely helpful staff that helped us through the check-in process. An overall recommended stay experience."

"Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"

"A one night stop en route to San Sebastian. The hotel was quiet, staff were helpful and friendly, however we weren't able to use the bar due to a private function, and the restaurant was closed, resulting in us going out in the pouring rain. A coffee machine in the room, however no coffee available. Breakfast was good, however we felt it was a rip off paying for parking for a hotel that was not in the centre."

"Apartment exactly as pictured. No one on reception on arrival or at all during our stay, contact available by phone. We arrived early, rooms still being cleaned but advised to return after 3pm.Only information at property was a taxi number. No info regarding the area, maps, how to get to areas of interest. "We were refused the entry to the hotel. We reached hotel at 11pm. Rang the door bell nobody answer it. Rang the number on the booking. The guy at the either end of the phone was rude, un copertive, not helpful and also he put the phone down on me. I several time and the guy took the phone of the hook so I could not get in touch. "Well this was a cheap but functional stay at an amusing little Pension. There's no breakfast and the toilet is shared. There's a shower unit in the spacious bedroom and the beds are comfortable. The great location was met with a bit of noise on the Saturday night which wasn't ideal. The owners don't speak English but were kind enough to stay behind to greet us on our late (23:00) arrival and spent 20 amusing minutes explaining the keys, shower, location etc. They were exceptionally friendly and...

Excellent stay

"Excellent stay, train station stop outside hotel to go directly into town. Bus also available, or walk into town approximately 30 minutes. Hotel reception staff welcoming and friendly. Room ready early on arrival. Parking available which is a great bonus to leave car whilst staying. Room clean, quiet and exceeded our expectations. Excellent price. Would recommend. Thank you"

"Was a perfect dtay, right at the heart of the city close to the bus station and city center, easy to find and we had a problem with the door code and the staff were very helpful even with the language barrier on both ends was very helpful, nice room and toilet, they clean daily but i believe they forgot to check the toilet since they didnt change the toilet paper and we ran out of and used the shower apart from that perfect "
