Mauro, the owner is very friendly and helpfull. There is a pizza oven outdoors and a huge table so many can eat together. The drive up and down was a little hairy the first time but something we got used to fast. We would definately come back to this gem of a house!"

"We spent 4 great days at Fabrizio’s place. As a family of 5 there was so much space indoors and outdoors to relax in, and the pool was super for cooling down and having fun with the children. We also loved the wildlife- birds of prey including owls can be spotted and we saw some new butterflies we hadn’t come across before. The character of the property is very special and you can tell a lot of love and attention has gone into the place. We loved being away from it all and yet just minutes away...

Here you can truly get away from it all--including your electronics, since internet connection was spotty at best! We chose this property as a jumping-off point for exploring the Apuan Alps, and for that, it was not ideal, because the road to and from the property in both directions is very narrow and winding. "This house was lovely. There was plenty of space to spread out, screens on all windows to enjoy the breeze, beautiful Tuscany views from the comfortable balcony, and a wonderful new pool. The host was responsive, and we enjoyed our stay.
