"The apartment is a lovely third floor space with everything that you could need for a stay in Troy. As with many older townhomes the stairs are a little steep, but the apartment more than made up for them. It was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. I would highly recommend this rental."

"We ended up not staying. The description says it is a cabin, it is an old manufactured home (mobile home). When we pulled in there was items scattered around the yard, the grass hadn’t been mowed. When we got to the first step the wood need to be replaced. There were holes in the soffit. Once inside the couches looked old and dingy. The inside needed to be spruced up. I contacted the property owner and told her our concerns. Her response was “Things and furnitures are as in the pictures posted...

"Myself with my 2 daughters and their fiancés spend this this weekend up at house and it was lots of fun. There were many games to play. The house itself was very roomy and all the bedrooms were big and very welcoming. We tried to use the hot tub, but it wasn’t warming up and then it started to snow so maybe that was sign. "We loved staying at the cabin! We spent three nights here after visiting NYC—the perfect place to unwind and relax. Everything was taken care of, the property was beautiful, and we loved walking around the lake. The cabin is located behind the main house, but it's very private. We would recommend booking this and would love to come back one day. "
