"I had to text and call owner's cell number (voicemail was full) for electronic entrance code because I did not receive any notice. With a tropical storm rain, it did not help with no outdoor lighting, a non working garage door (until the push button release on control box worked the following day) We have pictures of the dirty bathroom, slippery bathtub, moisture filled dryer and ants. "A Big House has enough rooms and beds. Had mostly everything needed, and owner able to answer questions and solve problem in time. the backyard and forest would be better view in spring or summber. "

"The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."
