"Easy to access from rail station and walkable. Staff were friendly and nice. Room didn’t have a kettle for tea/coffee so not sure if it was just that one room. Exterior was beautiful and right by the canal. "

"Very nice. Yes, the beds are firm but that actually helped my back. Very clean. No lift but the wonderful young woman at the front desk helped me take my luggage up. "
