The staff was super friendly and polite. The only problem we ran across was feces in our closet. Made me question the cleanliness of the room. Called Expedia, but they could not communicate with the property due to language. It was a very disappointing transaction because I had trip insurance and thought Expedia had my back.

O chuveiro não esquentou de jeito nenhum, a cama horrorosa, o registro do banheiro vazou muito, a minha diária era uma e a atendente meu colocou em outro quarto, resumindo não volto nunca mais!!!

Estadia Casal em Sao Lourenço baixa qualidade
Somente um casal. Ficamos em um quarto com uma cama de casal(na verdade duas de solteiros juntadas, pois ficava um buraco entre nos) e duas camas de solteiros. Ainda tinha dois criados mudos. Ou seja nao tinha espaço para nada. Mobilia velha, ar condicionado de janela antigo, nao ligamos de tanta poeira. Chuveiro nao esquenta (eh daquele tipo de aquecimento geral). Atras da TV tinham muito pó. Tentamos mudar de quarto mas o outro estava tao ruim quanto. Nos deram um controle remoto da TV que estava grudado com fita pois o controle estava quebrado no meio. A avaliação boa foi do café da manhã, muito bom e do estacionamento com varias vagas. Cidade com inumeros hoteis.

Surpresas na chegada
As condições de pagamento foram pessimas pois estou acostumada a parcelar, tive que pagar à vista me tirando dos meus planos. Tudo se parcela hoje em dia. A gerente nao se encontrava e os atendentes da recepção não sabem informar nada. Tive que descer 3 malas pesadas na mão pois o elevador parou de funcionar e não tinha um funcionario para ajudar. Reservei o quarto e demoraram para fazer uma arrumação que já era para estar pronto.Tive que ficar sentada esperando arrumadeira ..Desagradável.

O hotel é muitíssimo bem localizado e tem estacionamento gratuito. Mas as instalações são bem antigas, escuras, iluminação branca nos quartos (nada aconchegante), ar condicionado barulhento e sem isolamento acústico. Café estava bastante variado mas, num domingo o horário limite era 09:30. Achei cedo por ser fds. Não foi ruim mas também não poderia classificar como uma estadia agradável. Vai depender do objetivo da viagem.
