My husband and I recently visited Paris for the first time, hoping for a relaxing trip, but unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. Despite paying for our stay until January 2nd, 2025, we left early and had to change our flight due to the unbearable conditions.
Firstly, the bathroom was blocked, which was incredibly inconvenient. The noise levels were unbearable throughout the stay — from loud conversations at the reception desk to constant footsteps and voices echoing in the halls all night. The lady receptionist, who was extremely rude, seemed to be on the phone and screaming for hours every night, making it impossible for us to get any sleep. One night, my husband had to go downstairs at 3 a.m. just to ask her to quiet down, but there was no apology, only more rudeness.
Additionally, the hotel offered no basic amenities that are typically standard, such as slippers or complimentary coffee and tea. We were also told there were no extra blankets available, which is unheard of in any decent hotel. To make matters worse, if we needed toilet paper, we had to go downstairs to the reception to ask for it ourselves. No one would bring it to our room.
This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had, and we’ve traveled to many countries and stayed in various accommodations. We arrived in Paris excited to explore the city, but we ended up feeling like we needed to escape just to get some rest. The hotel ruined our entire trip. Please don’t waste your money.
