"The facility is always clean and comfortable. The people are always happy to serve you and very courteous. Having said that, I didn't get to stay there because the hospital canceled my surgery late yesterday afternoon. Four points was willing to not charge me but couldn't do anything because the reservation was under the control of Expedia. I couldn't contact anyone at Expedia to discuss the matter. Expedia is very difficult to deal with when there are difficulties. You are too automated."
