"Customer service was great! Great variety for snacks and drinks in the lobby. You must try the rooftop bar and kitchen on the seventh floor! Food was delicious. Bartender and server were super nice! They went above and beyond for my spouse and I but mostly me. LoL. We went semi late and there weren't many people. So, they let me listen to the music a little louder than normal, so I could sing along and enjoy the early 2000s r&b/hip-hop station. They enjoyed the music and my jokes with me. Definitely a great hotel experience! "
