"We were met with the most uninterested woman in the reception. Felt like she didn’t care about anything. The room was very small, there was no fan, very tiny windows (felt a bit unsafe) and there was no shower as stated in the booking. "I rented the luxury penthouse and it was very nice. Felt like home. The area is very walkable with restaurants, grocery, and shops within a very short distance.
