"This property was beautiful and spacious. Even better than in the photos. It was conveniently located within walking distance to the main train station and city center. We never needed a car or taxi. The beds were comfortable and the shower was warm with good pressure. The host was very thoughtful to leave a basket of treats and coffee for the Nespresso. We highly recommend this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Walking up four flights of steep stairs to access our small room with no heat, no refrigerator, no hot water and zero water pressure was just the beginning of this nightmare. Tried to communicate with host about our displeasure to no avail. Outside temperature was below freezing and room was barely above freezing. Apparently the bottom floor is somewhat of a shared area with a stove etc but definitely not something I would want to share with others. Would not recommend"

Let me first start with the good things - the location is absolutely superb, it's a big villa located virtually in the middle of a forest. The house is wonderful and the room was spacious and decorated with style. But... First of all, the place has the most unusually check-in/check-out policy I've ever encountered - the check-in start at 6pm, and the check-out is at 9am - which mean that...

"Unfortunately the place was extremely dirty and the room did not correspond to the one I have booked. There was a lot of dust on the furniture, the pavement was filthy and found dirty toilet paper in the bathroom. It is very close to Brussels Midi station which can be a plus but the area is not so safe if you are traveling alone."

"Owners, a young couple, contact you the day of your arrival on Whatsapp and explains clearly how to selfckeck in to the duplex apartment. The front door is just behind a restaurant door, not so easy to locate when the restaurant is open. Staircase is steep and narrow. The appartment is very nice, spacious, clear, and clean.
