"Nach gutem Check in hat das Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen, nach einer Nacht haben wir dann das Nachbarappartement bekommen. Die Lage ist gut, man kann gleich loswandern. Alles für den täglichen Gebrauch fußläufig erreichbar. Kleines zweckmäßiges Schwimmbad, defektes Saune und kkleiner Whirlpool. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht. "Die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel, vor allem wenn draußen keine Sonne schien. Die Küchenzeile hatte zu wenig Licht - kein Licht über der Spüle unde der Küchenplatte. Die Terrasse war zwar riesig, aber praktisch unbenutzbar, denn es gab keinerlei Balkonmöbel, nichts: keine Stühle, keinen Tisch, keinen Sonnenschirm. Auch der Buchungsvorgang, bzw. die Änderung der Buchung waren eine Katastrophe, wir mussten mit Kanada, Spanien und Frankreich telefonieren, um es auf die Reihe zu kriegen. Nie wieder...

Moreover Elsa could sit in customer’s chair, thinks the way that us concern mostly, and figure out the solutions together with the customer. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. "What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"
