"This 'cosy' 4 bed is in a great location, and is perfectly comfortable and well furnished. Our biggest frustration was with Gael the owner. €190 worth of extra costs, were not detailed until after our booking, and the host threatened to cancel if we didn't pay them. It is also not clear that there is no bedding included, which would cost the 3 of us €80. "Great place - about 10 mins walk to the lift. We hired our skis etc from a place by the lift and left them there. There a car parking space at the flat. The flat itself is small. Three biggish guys it was cosy but completely adequate, and cleverly laid out with everything that is needed. Perfect if you’re only sleeping there and having breakfast. It’s all newly done inside, great hot shower, comfy beds, linen provided, cosy and warm. We had an issue that required contacting the caretaker, who...

"Sylvia our host was I have to say one of the most interactive hosts ever, Sylvia maintained contact through out our stay in her fabulous apartment which was situated perfectly near the ski resort and village, the spacious home was well equipped and spotless!.... it was great having parking too!..... and a bath tub along with two showers..... a very big 5 stars for Sylvia and her accommodations thankyou xx"

Things started poorly with the check in process. We drove to Avoriaz from the UK and based our arrival time on the check-in times given to us for the booking. "The apartment has everything you need for a week skiing as a family with young children, it’s small but well organized and very well equipped. However its major advantage is the location. It’s right there in the middle of the station, literally in front of the Carrefour and next to a wide range of shops and restaurants and a very short ski slide to the teleski to take you to the main ski areas. Communication with Cedric/Sandra was excellent. We would return for sure."

"We were very happy with this apartment, excellent spot, right amongst the restaurants and supermarket outside, great views from the balcony, warm and clean rooms, living room and a bedroom with double bed. Also has bunk bed separately in another corner nook area. Dishwasher is a big bonus. Avoriaz was amazing and so was the apartment. Thank you!"
