"This place cannot be beaten for location. The train station and the Piazzi Matteotti where you get most buses, including a few that take you to the beach, are within two minutes walk. Despite having to walk up many steps to get to your room, the airconditioning in the room more than makes up for it! The only negative thing is that we felt a bit cheated because we DID not get the free gift or the slippers as were advertised and WORST of all there was also NO coffee/tea maker as advertised in...

"Our 1-night stay was pleasant and service was very nice, we enjoyed the warm welcome. Property has a great location just a stonethrow away from Poetto beach and provides a free on-street parking. However, it has to be said the professional photos do not give an accurate idea of this property; it is fairly dated and could benefit from better general upkeep and cleanliness. Also, we were given the Economy room instead of the Comfort room we booked, but we have only realized this upon writing this...

Rooms are falling apart- resort is too big to manage by the staff they have at hand. the most difficult part is that they take away your car at the entrance and then you have to rely on a shuttle bus that runs only one in 30 minutes to get to you car or any other place in the resort - such as the beach; parking; food options; animal area."
