"We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good. Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina. We parked the car at the train station. I suggest you get a monthly pass if you stay more than 5 days. We will book again on our next trip to...

"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Giuseppe also organized great dinner for us in restaurant which we would not find on our own. The room itself was perfect. Clean and spacious with all amenities you could need. "This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property."

"Stayed for a week at this property with our family. Wonderful place with a lot of greenery and a very well maintained pool. We also used the shuttle service to go to the nearby beach and it was great too. The furnishings in the room were up to date and the air conditioning worked very well. "Admittedly, it was out of high season, but this location is a hidden gem. Walking up to the sound of the waves will never get boring. The communication and check-in process was perfect. The only thing that brought my overall review down by one star was the comfort levels of the beds... which, by the end of the week, were making both our backs hurt. But honestly, the location made up for it."
