"This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property."

"Marja and Carlo are the best hosts! They were quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and make reservations for us throughout our stay, it was also a great touch being able to order food and drink from them next door. We loved the large pool especially in the heat of the day, but also in the evening with the pool lights on. The villa itself is well decorated, clean and spacious enough for 8 people, although the large outdoor area is where we spent most of our time, on sun loungers...

"The property is in a convenient location, close to Cagliari. There is a pizzeria, market and restaurants within walking distance. There is a small garden on the property with garden chairs and a table for outdoor dining. The facility can accommodate up to 8 people, but there was little equipment. At our request, the equipment was supplemented. Despite the fact that the facility could use a little renovation (eg. squeaky doors), my stay was nice, pleasant and worth recommending."

"Zusammengefasst kann man sagen es lohnt sich, jedoch habe ich Fabrizio, dem Gastgeber nach unserem Aufenthalt mitgeteilt, das in der Kaffemaschine Würmer waren. Er meinte nur, dass er das der Putzfirma weiterleitet und für uns gab es keine Entschädigung oder ähnliches, da wir gezwungen waren diese sauber zu machen. Auch ist seine seine Unterkunftsbeschreibung teilweise nicht richtig ist. Beispielsweise gibt es gar keine Spülmaschine, was für uns ein ausschlaggebender Punkt für die Unterkuntswahl...
