Elvira is the perfect host & went out of her way to send additional information about nearby shops, activities etc, helped with taxi booking & also greeted us with a lovely welcome hamper. "Unique villa with tonnes of outdoor space. The pool and jacuzzi are shaded in the afternoon, which is perfect for children. Four minutes' walk to a glorious sandy beach that's shallow for miles. And a theres a lovely spot for aperols, ice creams and super crispy pizzas at the marina. The villa is set up with air con in each bedroom, loads of toys for the kids (even table football) and it's well-loved enough that you're not constantly worried about them staining or breaking things. "The lady who liaises with you only speaks Italian, so we used Google translate without any problem! We hired a car and that was such a good idea for the holiday. There is not a beach at the bottom of the road but a jetty and the sea. The nearest beach was a 7 minute drive away. The pool was salt water not chlorine, which again, no problem! Its a very friendly little complex and the neighbours were so friendly. They all have dogs so there is often alot of background noise. Thank you for a lovely...

"This is a large house in a secluded area, 8 minutes drive from the beach and 20 mins into Cagliari city. There is ample room inside, in the conservatory and around the pool for 10 people. BBQ facilities. You need a car to go anywhere otherwise very self contained. Excellent host, who lives next to property."

"Groot huis met hele grote mooie tuin met groot zwembad. In de tuin, ruim 5000m2, staan veel fruitbomen, lekker en mooi. Volledige privacy. Toegang met elektrisch schuifhek. Het huis was enigszins gedateerd, maar dat had ook z'n charme. Eindconclusie: fantastisch!!!!!!!!!!"

"Zusammengefasst kann man sagen es lohnt sich, jedoch habe ich Fabrizio, dem Gastgeber nach unserem Aufenthalt mitgeteilt, das in der Kaffemaschine Würmer waren. Er meinte nur, dass er das der Putzfirma weiterleitet und für uns gab es keine Entschädigung oder ähnliches, da wir gezwungen waren diese sauber zu machen. Auch ist seine seine Unterkunftsbeschreibung teilweise nicht richtig ist. Beispielsweise gibt es gar keine Spülmaschine, was für uns ein ausschlaggebender Punkt für die Unterkuntswahl...
