"We had a fantastic 2 week break in Nebida. Simonetta and Francesco could not have been more helpful and welcoming. They gave us lots of information on what to do in the local area. The house itself was beautiful and very clean and well presented. Everything you need in a holiday home. The pool was fantastic too- never busy, but a lifeguard always on duty and with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. We would happily return here again the future. Huset ligger tæt på en lille strand men vi foretrak at køre et par kilometer til en strand hvor der var bedre plads og service. Hvad skal man være opmærksom på: Huset ligger i et meget øde område. Der er kun ganske få restauranter inden for 5 km. Man deler huset med værtens famiile (stue-etage), så der var ikke fuld adgang til have, solterasse mm. Der var ikke aircondition,...

"Tolles, gepflegtes, geräumiges, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus inmitten beinahe unberührter Natur .... irgendwo im nirgendwo :-). Die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Wahrheit! Die Vermieterin war in ganz besonderem Ausmaß daran interessiert, dass wir uns wohl fühlen und es an nichts fehlt. Sie war bei Fragen und Anliegen jederzeit erreichbar und wirklich außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit! Der Strand - mit dem Auto in 5 - 10 Minuten zu erreichen - traumhalft schön! Alles in allem:...

"Das Haus war frisch renoviert. Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bei über 35°C Außentemperatur dank 4 Klimaanlagen kühl. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, um die sehenswerten Ziele Südsardiniens zu erreichen. 2 Autos konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Weingut nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Fahrt. Alles Bestens."

"Marja and Carlo are the best hosts! They were quick to answer all of our questions before we arrived and make reservations for us throughout our stay, it was also a great touch being able to order food and drink from them next door. We loved the large pool especially in the heat of the day, but also in the evening with the pool lights on. The villa itself is well decorated, clean and spacious enough for 8 people, although the large outdoor area is where we spent most of our time, on sun loungers...

"Il proprietario è stato sempre molto gentile e incredibilmente disponibile. La casa è molto attrezzata, pulita e spaziosa (eravamo in 10) e fresca nei giorni caldi anche grazie ai condizionatori. I servizi extra come l’area barbecue e la piscina hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più gradevole."

"Niemand vor Ort für die Übergabe Falsche Angaben und schwierige Kommunikation für den Zutritt ins Haus. Sauberkeit der Küche sogut wie nicht vorhanden. Auf dem Hof laufen extrem viele Raten. Das Schlimmste: das komplette Haus haben wir wegen nur für uns vermietet auch wegen Corona. So stand es auch klar im Exposé. Trotzdem wurde 1 Zimmer was noch frei war, wärwend unser Aufenthalt an Fremden vermietet. Sowas geht garnicht. Leider nie wieder."

"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Giuseppe also organized great dinner for us in restaurant which we would not find on our own. The room itself was perfect. Clean and spacious with all amenities you could need. "Wir haben nach mehreren Sardinienurlauben vor 25 Jahren die Insel erstmals wieder besucht und wurden positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung war bestens eingerichtet und überaus sauber. Sie liegt nicht in einer reinen Touristensiedlung, sondern in einem überwiegend gewachsenen Wohngebiet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht und äußerst hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung!"

"We had a lovely time, and although our host didn't speak English, we managed to communicate (thank you, google). The farm is lovely and perfect for strolls. Breakfast was nice and one evening we got a generous and delicious dinner that turned out to be complimentary. Would definitely recommend."

"Beautiful property in a quaint little town...went in october so fairly quiet but view was impeccable and nice large room...definitely walk around the corner and have lunch or dinner at Aqua. The hotel breakfast was fantastic as well."

Spectacular Views and Service

"My husband and I stayed at Le Dune Piscinas, and from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we were constantly treated with amazing service. The beach views were the best part of the property, and the room we booked was very comfortable. It felt like we were in a James Bond movie, with feelings of exclusivity and quiet, as well as romance. The dunes that the hotel is situated in are incredibly beautiful and I think the best way to enjoy is by staying at the hotel. Our only regret is that we didn’t see more of it (we had a short stay). Finally, the restaurant was probably the best meal we had in Sardinia on our trip. Guests must, must make a dinner reservation and sit by the beach—you won’t be sorry ☺️. Every detail about this hotel is incredible. And if you don’t believe me, just book a room and see for yourself."

"Positive : Room was big and bathrooms are good . House keeping was done everyday . Negative : Swimming pool water was clean but surrounded by so many bugs and lizards . It was not convenient to swim in it . Breakfast was not very fresh . We were also asked to pay for swim towels which was very odd. Room carpet was not clean . "
