"The positives first. The house was warm and offered enough space for 10 of us to sleep. We arrived at the holiday home and the stairs were frozen with ice without road salt. The floors and bathrooms in the house had been cleaned. In the kitchen the oven, toaster and microwave were not clean and neither were some of the cooking utensils. In my last week at this property, I was moved to a studio apartment that was literally falling apart - I have pictures. The doors from the cabinets and closet were all misaligned and the plywood cover was peeling off. The coffee table in the living room had a broken leg and seemed to have been glued back...
