"The location is perfect, not far from the old city centre but in a quiet area, no noisy at all. The hotel looks very nice: clean and tidy. The staff is profess and gentle and the room big and comfortable. All great! Thank you."

"No cold water, with hot water coming out the taps, shower and even the toilet, indicating a leak which must be a health violation. They are aware of this and still provide drinking glasses by the sink. This has been the case for at least 3 months based on other reviews. Our room looked as if it hadn’t been redecorated since the hotels construction in the 80s, as if it had been waiting for us all that time."
