"Hotel was beautiful and the staff were gracious. The only recommendations would be to be more clear about the private beach. They do not have a reserved beach and a few days the beaches were booked. Also when we booked the room description had a plunge pool but it was a hot tub. "

"The best thing about this hotel is the food which really is 5 stars for an inclusive. The staff are a little money hungry and react negatively when asking for a glass with ice. They are also a little intense about the swimming pool rules!! We were asked to wear caps for an outside pool! Wifi sucks and room facilities to make our own drinks and air con broken. "We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was clean and beautiful. Pool is nice, quiet and plenty of room to sit and relax. Staff is very nice and helpful. It’s a short walk from Santa Catarina either by the road (without for cars) or through this unbelievable path through the forest that is just beautiful. Small beaches are near by or it’s a short drive to porto selvaggio (watch out for sea urchins) or the gorgeous Caipirina Beach. We will be staying here again and we highly recommend it."
