"Just completed our annual snow trip to Buller. We stayed in a family room. Big room (for the snow) with breakfast included. Amazing location at the top of Bourke St. Proper ski in/out. And the Double cheseburger on their menu is legit! We'll definitely be coming back. "

"Emma was a great manager. The property rooms and bathrooms were really tidy. We loved our stay and will be back for sure. It’s a nice spacious lodge with a big fireplace and a fantastic kitchen. Lovely to chat to other guests as well. "

"Right on the ski field (can literally walk out door and you are there). But Hotel in less than optimal condition: cracks in some windows on main doors, tired condition generally, rooms about a 3* condition. Bathroom poor condition (bath did not even drain properly - bath maybe installed on an angle?). Quite expensive for its quality. Not sure the high premium for staying there is worthwhile."
