The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. "This was our second stay at this hotel. This hotel is a classic Italian charm. The staff is incredible helpful and polite. Our room(junior suite) was perfect in size, always cleaned, staked with fresh towels, including towels for the pool. Breakfast served in the restaurant , variety of hot/cold choices you can order. Pools are clean , with the thermal water that satisfies your preference for the day from cold to hot. Treatments are very good! Nighttime live music , is a lovely touch to complete your day of a whole relaxation. Looking forward to visit this hotel again and again."

"We had a very special and relaxed 4 night stay at Helvetia. We were very pleased with comfortable big room and most welcoming atmosphere! A big thank for every single member of the team, who made our stay unforgettable! We loved swimming in the pool, it is a big enjoyment for us. It's works till 11pm,which is very convenient,if someone checked in a bit late. But most empression we got from the restaurant. We booked with a full board, and every meal was just delishes and witha good choice. Fantastic service and we know now about Italian cuisine more , thank you very much for it! Also we used a free bikes ,to cycle along wineyards and fields,by a very good cycle road we found. Would like to visit Helvetia again one day! "
