"The property was excellent, newly renovated and very clean. It was very well located, walk distance to the city centre and means of transports. The only thing that there were a lot of steps to get to the apartment, there wasn't any lift. It was hard after a long day of walk. Any way, we were very happy to spend our holidays in such a nice property :-)"

"Very comfortable beds, nice and quiet even when the location is at a very crowded restaurant street. It is also good to have almost everything just around the corner. Be aware of all the steps both outside and inside the hotel, no elevator. Not so easy to get info about the key when we had a late arrival and also very poor breakfast the first morning since they did not know we booked with breakfast at all. "It’s a beautiful place with excellent service. Breakfast is wonderful, they have the best croissants. Place is really beautiful. Staying here is just experience on its own. "This property is essentially a B&B. don’t let the exterior scare you off. Room was very clean and the property had a rooftop terrace. Alessandro is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed. Bear in mind there is no elevator so you need to climb about 5 flight of stairs. Location is in the heart of Palermo within walking distance of everything."

"We stayed at Mondello Martini as part of a family vacation to Sicily. Hostess Amanda was very helpful and spoke English well. The room was very large by European standards, with a king size bed in one room and a twin bed bunk in a semi-private alcove. Bathroom facilities were super clean and modern. "Loved this place in the middle of town! Need to make sure you have whatsapp to get instructions to enter building and the entry keys. Parking is impossible in the area. Only the $20/day pay garage nearby is an option or walking many blocks. The cleanliness was impecable. Never seen a place so clean and I travel weekly. "After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
