"InCanto was a great choice for our stay in Palermo. Very central location, easy walk to any part of the city center. The staff was kind, very good communication, what i really appreciate as i was driving there and they help me a lot to get in to a safe place to park. The room was huge, the quality of everything bed, the breakfast, bath products was great. I loved the cheese toast, the mermelada and the oat milk cappuccino. They are very attentive and care about each detailed. I hoghly recommend...

"Good place to stay. Room were comfortable with all amenities. The architectural and decor was surprisingly nice and wonderfully well kept for what seems like a historic building. Breakfast was adequate and the lady tending the breakfast room was nice and helpful. The only minor observation I had is that I couldn’t make to work hot water faucet. "The owner are so good and accommodating. I got lost on my way here and the owner offer to pick me up for free since I'm 5 minutes drive away from them. I didn't take it though because getting lost is part of my adventure 😅. They also offer beach towel. My experience here is beyond my expectation. It is highly recommended."

"Friendly, relaxed stay for 3 nights. Staff were just lovely, couldn't be more helpful. Clean, large room with a view out over the street, but still quiet. It was a little bit out of the main town, about a 25 minute walk to the train station, but there is an airport bus stop just a 5 minute walk away, and all the sights are walkable - Palermo isn't a large city. Breakfast was usual Italian fare, plenty to start the day, and great strong coffee to wake you up! Great choice of restaurants and bars...

"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
