Il palazzo del Settecento, di proprietà dello chef francese stellato Guy Martin del ristorante Le Grand Véfour, è stato appena ristrutturato e arredato con pezzi scelti e opere provenienti dalla collezione privata dello chef e della moglie Katherina. "Bella struttura nel centro storico di Martano, io e miei amici abbiamo occupato tutte le cinque stanze presenti. Ogni camera è arredata con gusto e nel dettaglio, ottima l'accoglienza con bottiglia di vino offerta dal gestore, quel che più ci rimarrà impressa sarà la sua grande gentilezza. "

"La responsable n’avait pas la réservation mais nous a trouvé un studio Le déjeuner buffet? Était dans un restaurant où il n’y avait personne proposition un croissant un café pas de fruits pas de jus rien bref le lendemain on a pu aller dans un autre restaurant un peu mieux nous avons voulu repartir mais la responsable perdait trop on a réussi a trouver un arrangement 2 nuits au lieu de 3. La mer est belle mais autrement pas d’animation très peu de restaurant aucun magasin "
