"Nice room but lacking basic necessities. Hot water heater runs out of hot water fairly quickly. Cleaning staff not consistent. Room was not cleaned last night and ran out of shampoo and toilet paper. Property is being run as a cash cow. Missing light bulb cover, toilet paper holder, soap and conditioner holder in shower, mirror in bathroom too low to see face for shaving. Not enough light over bathroom sink. Etc."

"Lovely apartment with a great location to get around the city. We arrived early and asked if we could leave our bags but we were allowed to check in. Property has a lift so no lugging cases up the stairs. It was superbly clean and has everything you need. Requested an iron and was no trouble and was delivered to us in 5 minutes.
