"The best hotel so far from the 3 months I’ve stayed in Spain. Person very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, organized, well managed, and super kindhearted. I have been in this property on and off for the past month for a total of 24 days that I even missed the hospitality of the hotel when I left out of town. Can’t believe the hotel is well managed by Alvaro, Teresa, Noelia! Reception is beyond helpful on how to get around Valencia, shout out to Salvador, Georgia, Pepe # 1, Pepe #2, Santi, Jose, Elot, Carlota, Oscar, Raquel and all of them are super friendly. The bar personal was beyond my expectations as well along with the restaurant crew. Special thanks to Xavi, Antonio Fernando, Gigi #1 & #2 along with Felix. The restaurant has excellent food as well. I’ve been to the hotel chain of Senator and it does not compare to the management of this hotel. I totally recommend it for anyone that visits Valencia. Thank you Exe Rey Don Jaime for the hospitality!!!!!!!"
