Aru the receptionist; was an especially helpful professional and kind she spoke great English. She explained everything ... The Entire staff was great that is what made the stay great. The breakfast was great and the dinners they need a new coffee machine The Property need some maintenance and love we would stay again and hope the Spa area maintenance will be working completely

Very nice hotel
I drove to the hotel and it was super easy to find. The room was huge and well appointed. They provided everything you may need for the stay. I was given a room for a person with disabilities although I am not disabled. Weird, but not a deal breaker for me. It is close to many local stores and just under 5 miles away for the city center.

Great stop near Valencia
Sated 1 night in Oct 2023. Great rooms, Super Breakfast buffet ! Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Not so much around the hotel but it was fine as a stop near Valencia. We had diner at the hotel as there was not many options around. Food was good. I recommend this hotel as long as you are OK with the location.

The condition of the room we were in was awful. It was falling apart. I ask front desk to change us to another room and they salud it was not the policy. I took some pictures of the bathroom but unfortunately I can’t share them here.

Just very nice!
The hotel is on the outskirts of Valencia, so you need a taxi to get to Valencia, but it is a short trip. The hotel was very comfortable, large room with amenities, very clean, and a nice restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. It is quiet and you can relax at the bar with a glass of cava or a beer. Staff is very nice and helpful. They always called us a taxi, which was there at the time we needed it. There is parking, so if you are driving, it is a plus.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. During the summer months, blankets are not provided despite air-conditioning and I had to request one rather than finding it in the room. The water temperature within the shower changed widely during use.

The hotel in general was nice and clean with ample seating area in the lobby. It is inconveniently located quite a ways outside of València in an industrial area of town. There are VERY limited places to eat within walking distance of the hotel which is the worst part about it because the hotel’s restaurant is only open for breakfast (buffet only) and then closed all day until 8:30pm. We arrived at 2:00pm and had nowhere to eat after a long day of travel until 8:30pm as the few restaurants in the area were all closed. The spa services were only a pool/sauna/jacuzzi circuit…… no actual spa treatments available. Our room was very nice but the floors were filthy and literally covered in long hair from previous guests, it was everywhere! The restaurant, when it was open, had a good dinner menu and a mediocre breakfast buffet for the price. The staff for the most part were pleasant and helpful. Not the worst place I’ve stayed but I won’t go back next time I’m in València.

Not tourist friendly location
Booked this hotel to visit some friends in Valencia. I’m I glad we knew people there as we would never have found this hotel or been able to get around?! Must be a business focused location as it’s not tourist friendly. Also found it strange that there were no blankets provided in this over air conditioned floor/room. Also the restaurant was only open from 830-10pm. Disappointing stay and will look for something else next time.

The hotel was very nice and so was the staff. The breakfast was okay. However, I was very disappointed with the SPA and gym. The SPA was mediocre at best… the pool, jacuzzy, and 3 of the 4 saunas were not hot at all, and some areas were not working at all. The SPA definitely needs a huge upgrade as guests around me had the same complaints. As to the gym… well there is no gym. There is one machine! The location is not preferred as it is not near much of anything. I stayed to be in nice hotel with good amenities. Well, for a 4-star hotel, I was disappointed.

When I came down for breakfast, I was the only one who was asked what room I was from. 13 people walked in after me and no one else was asked. I am black woman so naturally I will stand out in Spain. Yes there were groups but there were also individuals and families present. The breakfast variety was a litttle limited in my opinion. Nice property but maybe the customer service could have been better. You will need to take a taxi into town or walk to Santa Rita Metro station which is 20mins away.

I had chosen this VIP access hotel because of more benefits of Expedia gold member ,Although I did not receive any room upgrade I got a noisy room on 1st floor next to the elevator and facing the two big cylinders and the background of its hotel sign. The bed side lamp shade was perished and the toilet glass door was squeaking likely some loosing parts on the hinges ,disappointing !
