"Ótima experiência, voltarei com certeza. O prédio é dividido com o hotel Radisson. Localização excelente, próximo ao Shopping Vila Olímpia, região com bons restaurantes e padarias. Limpeza estava boa, precisei de toalhas de piscina e a equipe prontamente me levou. Estacionamento incluso na diária com manobrista. Piscina coberta com aquecimento, piscina externa estava bem gelada apesar do tempo quente. "

"Good location. However check in was not good. We asked many times (via Whatsapp) to make sure the 3PM was OK. We spent an hour in a hot lobby trying to contact property management - calling and Whatsapp. At 4PM the cleaner was still not there. We finally had to beg to use the restroom. Cleaner did not complete until after 5PM."

"Strongly recommend you go elsewhere: The check in process is a nightmare (we were not able to gain access over the entire 6 day stay without having to speak to security every time we came or went). The unit was very dirty/run down. Linens and towels were stained. The walls were dirty, scuffed, and covered in splatter from.. not sure what. Some bed linens had cigarette burn holes in them. The kitchen is very poorly equipped - the few pans there were in terrible condition and not safe to use....

"Overall, the stay was good. The fridge/ kitchen area was well equipped and clean. The bathroom was clean. We had selected a room with a Queen bed, when we arrived it was a full. SO SMALL. The room was missing a blanket and toilet paper, but the front desk was able to get it for us. "
