"The location is perfect, If you are a Death in Paradise fan, then this spot is closest to all the main filming locations. The house had AC in the bedrooms which made sleeping comfortable. The living area can be opened up on all sides to catch a breeze. We watched a turtle from the covered deck, that came up the beach to lay eggs right in front of us. The hosts were responsive to our communications. There is no cell service around the property but the WiFi is excellent. A car is definitely...

"Great place to stay. Philippe, the host was kind and responsive to our requsts. Even drove halfway around the island to get us coffee filters. Be sure to get a car though, as even though my wife and I did walk to and from the villa into town a couple of times, it is a steep trek! There are no taxis in Drshaies"

"This property was was just what we were looking for. Lots of space to relax and get together and still be able to have quiet time alone. The view is awesome, you can see a long way! Up on the hill so you get great breezes which is nice when it get hot - pool is a blessing at this time as well. The location was great for us, close to the amenities we needed and lots of great beaches. Highly recommend. would stay again no problem. - one caution - get a SIM card for your phone that allows voice...

"We enjoyed a very restful vacation at the Villa Ponm Kann 'L in Deshaies. The view was lovely. The house was very clean and well equipped. The covered deck was an added bonus as unfortunately we had rain almost everyday but we were able to be outside with out getting wet. Easy walk to the bakery. We felt very safe and quiet in the neighborhood. A car is required to get groceries and go to the beaches and other activities. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return."
