"First room wasn't top floor like requested w/our VIP Expedia status, was supposed to get us, LOUD kids next door-woke us at 5:45 AM, and our air didn't work. Thought it just needed time to cool down...Nope ! And bedroom ceiling fan didn't work, so super hot to try to sleep, then 2nd night 2:30 AM air thermostat flashing wakes us. It's completely broke. "Great resort. Staff were excellent, very attentive & friendly. We had a 2 bed villa with a butler on call. Our butler, Charles was fantastic. The quieter beach by the Jetty Bar was great, with great food and music in the bar itself."

"Staff and facilities were wonderful, food was excellent, musical entertainment was excellent. However, food was ridiculously expensive. There should be a snack bar with simpler, less costly lunch food like burgers. Also, housekeeping forgot to give us new towels and it took two phone calls and 45 minutes for them to be delivered. Very close to achieving an overall excellent rating."

"Amazing experience, I loved that the property had an ocean view, also the restaurant on the property Doolittles had great food, thumps up to the chefs, totally enjoyed the live music aswell, excellent staff. A free ferry is provided to take you to and from the hotel,so you can also explore some local eatery aswell,and get some local shopping done."

"Wonderful boutique resort. Beautiful views from one of the pools, nice beach very short walking distance. Super nice staff and very friendly. Very attentive and helpful. Could not recommend enough!"

"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

She goes above and beyond to make sure that her guests have everything need and are happy. I had an amazing time both at the villa and on the island. "We had an incredible time here. The staff is amazing they accommodated our kosher needs perfectly. The layout of the resort and the beach and pool as well as all the amenities included in our stay made for an absolutely wonderful experience. "

"Loved our stay at hotel Chocolat. Tranquil setting and unique location on a cocoa plantation, there are lovely walks around the grounds especially to the viewpoint over the Pitons from the 'big nature trail'. We enjoyed the view from the restaurant and pool areas while having breakfast and sunset drinks. A couple of the staff were less friendly but generally service was good. Our meal in the restaurant was a bit cold but they were busy and did try and resolve it. We used the free beach shuttle one day (not the best beach but good snorkeling), did a morning yoga class and the chocolate making tour.Overall I would definitely recommend. "
