"If you like things a bit unusual and quirky, this place will suit you! Completely fine for one or two nights, right next to grand place so very good location. We were there in November, so it was cold in communal areas but room was fine. We had a free upgrade which was nice - however, no lights on in room - opened door and another door to open immediately in front of us, we felt our way in to find a light switch only to find we were standing at the edge of the top of a flight of stairs! "A great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable, The ‘lounge’ was a great asset whether as a place to work during the day or for a few drinks/dinner in the evening. The breakfast was also well worth the additional cost"

"Pillows is a great hotel in an exceptional location in city center Brussels. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The bar and restaurant were excellent. The location can’t be beat as you are close major city attractions, arts, shops, restaurants, historic sites. With wind driven rain every day I am grateful for the umbrella provided that allowed me to walk the city sites each day to my visit. "

"A lovely room on the top floor, with a quirky bathroom on a lower floor with steps down to it from the bedroom, very unique and a bit tight for us as a little larger than average but still a lively room with great views. "
