Service: The people and service was all very helpful from check-in to restaurant, to breakfast, and check-out. The Room: Fantastic! We stayed in a premium room. Its a small upgrade from basic, and gives a desk area, etc., to get some work done. Everything was tidy and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was also laid out well and comfortable. Breakfast: Great! We'd stay just for breakfast. Hot and cold foods available on the buffet and helpful attendants helping and quickly keeping everything clean. Shuttle: Yes, being a layover, I was looking for a shuttle. It was comfortable, quick, and very helpful as well. We liked it so much, our next vacation is to Madrid. Gracias!"

"One night stay between flights. Airport shuttle worked well. Hotel restaurant was great for dinner. Room was quiet and comfortable (bed and temperature). The gym was a little small but enjoyed the walking paths just out back of the hotel that connects you to a larger green space/park. Great walk in the morning."
