It's a bit cold this time of year but there was a thoughtful little heater and big wool blanket in the room in addition to the radiator which was very warm. Great sleep! "This is a beautiful, but old building, with spacious rooms, a and high ceilings. But it is dark. Only one window that does not let in much light. So used our lights a lot. The property is in Trastevere, which is popular and busy, but our room was really quiet. The front desk/proprietor was extremely helpful in making a restaurant reservation and booking a car to the airport."

"The house sits on a top a of the hill with amazing views of Tuscany. Location-wise it was about 30 mins to Montalpulciano, 50 mins to Sienna and an hour to Perugia. Decent equipped."
